CertifyMe is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services, except where required under consumer guarantees. Refunds for enrolment fees are not provided under any circumstances.

5. Registration

To access our services, you may register online or contact us directly. Accurate and up-to-date information is required during registration. Users under the age of 18 are not permitted to register.

CertifyMe is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services. Refunds for enrolment fees are not provided under any circumstances (unless the client as submitted a formal email to cancel their enrollment within the first 48 hours of enrolling).


RTO Liability and Refunds

By enrolling with our partnered Registered Training Organisations (RTOs), you acknowledge the following:

  • CertifyMe is not liable for any losses resulting from the insolvency, liquidation, or closure of an RTO (as we do not have any control over their operations).
  • Payments for courses, assessments, or services are non-refundable under such circumstances.
  • While we may assist with transferring your enrolment to another RTO, any additional costs are your responsibility.
  • Refunds may also be declined if regulatory changes impact CertifyMe or its partner RTOs.


CertifyMe Responsibilities:

  • Promote and market the RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning) pathway.
  • Assist in collecting and sharing evidence with the partner RTO.
  • Provide ongoing student support throughout the RPL process.


Partner RTO Responsibilities:

  • Conduct RPL assessments and issue certification documentation (e.g., Statements of Attainment, upload on usi portals).
  • Maintain and archive student records.


Acceptance of Terms

By using the CertifyMe website or services (also via enrollment), you accept these terms. Alternatively, clicking “Accept” in the user interface, where provided, also constitutes agreement.
